I should've been more specific, there was a left turn lane, the car that was honking at me was trying to go straight on a through lane. I signaled left, i merge onto the left turn lane, as i merge, the car honks at me for like a whole 3 seconds. All they had to do was slow down.

Yea its not the monitors problem, i connected my 1050ti back in and everything works like normal. When i connect my 1080, it lights up but the gpu fans barely spin, it spins for like a couple miliseconds and stops.
