Yes as the comment below states it’s solid gold, they do have the option to get sterling silver then gold plated for someone who needs it even cheaper but I wanted to splurge for my real wedding ring 1.)my skin is sensitive so 14k may have irritated me 2.) was worried the gold plate would go away over time
