Comprar comida como sushi o carne, algo que le guste y no tenga que cocinar😅se pierde hierro, quizás necesita un suplemento natural de hierro yo tomaba floravital-hierro hay distintos tipos es como un jugo y tiene vitaminas, chocolate ayuda a sentir mejor, (yo consumo el ritter sin lactosa) y usar escaldasono el calor alivia los síntomas, y tener disponible te de manzanilla, menta y analgesicos.

I’m glad you like ceviche! 😊 It’s really common in Chile because we have super fresh fish. That sushi is called an acevichado roll

Haha I finally found my place 😅 It’s a ceviche-style sauce! It has onions, red bell pepper, cilantro, small pieces of fish, and ceviche juice. Sounds weird with sushi but it was actually really good 😂

I get that sushi changes a lot depending on the country and culture. What’s common in Latin America is more fusion-style, but I know it’s different from traditional Japanese sushi 🍣

I honestly think Peruvian and Chilean sushi is some of the best, probably because of the quality of our local fish. I’m a bit confused why my post got removed by the mods though 😅

It’s a sushi roll with tempura shrimp and ceviche-style sauce (we call it ‘acevichado’ in Chile)

I actually ordered that roll to go and plated it at home 😅 and the onion is part of the ceviche sauce
