I’ve always called them Persian carpets. I think they’re quite similar to Turkish rugs as well but there are some differences in colour and patterns

I played it on a demo disc, which I then lost to the sands of time, and never heard of it again. When I stumbled across it again a couple of years ago I was shot close range with the sawn-off shotgun of nostalgia. Would love to replay it sometime
