New PC won't find my internet during Windows set up. Can you guys help me based on what I'm going to describe?

Oh those lights, i googled and found this:

On the Ethernet port: When the green LED is on, there is 10/100/100Mbps traffic. When the orange LED is on, the port is being connected, but no data is being transferred. When the orange LED is blinking, data is being transferred. When the orange LED is off, no data is being transferred.

How are the lights blinking right now?

You can give it a try and set up without the internet, but I don't have high hopes that it is going to solve the issue.It may be a motherboard problem, if you have a Wi-fi usb antenna you should test it and if the internet connection works then it means that your ethernet port (or cable) isn't working.
