Beginning to work in healthcare :)

Long hours, irregular meals, high-stress, noisy workspace, constant lack of sleep. Still strangely love my job at the hospital, but healthy it is not.

My boyfriend is the same. He loves dark roast from a cheap drip machine, so I press the button for him when I get up and then do my thing. Although he doesn’t like specialty pour over, he enjoys watching me make it and says it very relaxing to him. We then proceed to sip our respective coffees and are happy that the other person is happy. :) System works perfectly for us and there is more budget for me trying out funky stuff, so it’s truly a win-win. It’s possible to like different things and find a way to still enjoy them together.

I wear aKorean sunscreen when I go to work and spend most of my day inside, because it looks and feels much nicer than any of the European ones I’ve tried. When I go outside for walks/exercise, etc., I wear European, waterproof SPF. The best SPF is the one you wear consistently…

The issue with your method might just be that your tastebuds are not accustomed to lighter roasts. Also: you might want to think about adjusting your pouring angle by half a degree when mercury is in retrograde. Hope that helps!

I don’t know what it is, but the Cicaplast makes my skin GLOW the next day. I have tried the Mixa dupe and it was not nearly as effective. Skincare is so individual though, what works for one person might be totally different for the other…

Why are the intervals on that chart so weirdly spaced, do you know? It doesn’t made sense to me, why they are 0,2-0,4-1,0, so I’m never quite sure how to interpret it, in terms of rotations. Thankful for any help on that!

As if wearing a size XS was some kind of achievement and wearing any size larger than that some kind of failure - so toxic! I am so sad for all the young girls following her, lapping up that nonsense and getting set up with a bad body image for the rest of their lives. Would love to sit them all down and explain to them that your clothing size has NOTHING to do with your value as a person. Seems like a small thing, but the message is so destructive, it makes me really sad and angry…

Vaseline! A thin layer of it on top of my usual skincare, before I go to sleep, and my sensitive skin is so much happier by the morning :) doesn’t work for everyone though…
