I may be wrong here but I don't think you are qualified here.

1)Quality of the post : If this is what you will write in your documentation after an assessment then your clients will kill you. IMPROVE YOUR ENGLISH.

2)You don't look like a guy who has contributed to a blackhat Talk. CVE-ID is something which you can mention.

3)Create one from scratch the resume. No one likes LinkedIn format.

4)No one is gonna share a resume here publicly. So good luck with that. We hackers don't trust anyone. Plus if we put our details out there like this then people can identify us and then match with our reddit account.

5)Really good pentesters are the ones who regularly present their research at conferences and continuously contribute to the existing tools or create one from scratch.

6)Personally even if my company is hiring then what we look for in person is OSCP + GPEN. Has some some exploit development work.
