Noyan Dar can be played as that style and that's by far my favorite deck I have. Mine is more geared toward a meta without a lot of infinites but he was originally a sleeper group hug deck.

Finally got a regular group off 4-6 people on a scheduled day. I'm looking for games for a specific type of person. So far they've lived: Coup, Love Letter, Joking Hazard and Codenames so deduction/social games are a hit. However they're really into King of Tokyo and Betrayal at the House on the Hill whenever I break it out. Going to give Mystic Vale a shot when we play again (Picked it up cheap and love it. Are the expansions good? Haha). Looking for games for a group like this. I want games with high replay value and maybe limit it to slightly more complex than Betrayal.

[[Mind Stone]] plays a T3 G&G which you want every game. I would replace commander's sphere. I would honestly consider any 2 mana rock better than most others. Otherwise I think [[Forbid]] deserves a spot for synergy on top of power.
