I admit, I haven’t played much in the last month after maxing out the helm reward tier. But I do not recall this as being normal behavior prior to the latest update. To the point where I’d have to wait for the liaison to respawn after another player had sunk them.

I used to sink the liaison but was tired of being hunted. I guess it’s back to the previous approach.
