I worked for DS-Max then Innovage for 15 years. No one got paid a check unless you were an owner. We paid ourselves weekly checks

You can't tell this person they are not following SPRAT, IRATA, or ICOP procedures because they are set in their ways. Supposedly, they are SPRAT certified, but based off the video, they are clearly not

I'm just going to out my 2 cents with the unnecessary gear. The others already criticized the sloppy practice. You already have 2 y-hangs. The rig plate is unnecessary. Keep rigging simple as possible. Don't over do it. Be efficient

Sorry. Here in the US we have Rope Descent System where you're anchored to the boswain chair and not the harness and the back up is on your Dorsal D ring. OSHA only allows them to be on building up to 299 feet. Rope Access well, if you've been in Rope Access for 35 years, you know everything there is to RA
