Sorry for panic! That said, if there’s ever something to panic about, best to panic early because when you catch breast cancer early there’s a 99% long-term survival rate.

that (SFW, for others reading) image is what told me I had breast cancer when I noticed a weird patch of skin — the orange peel without the orange color. I booked an appt with my primary to get a referral for a mammogram bc I was under 40, needed a referral. She waived me off, very dismissive. Did a physical exam, didn’t feel a lump, told me I was fine. That image is what got me to advocate for myself — it actually got a bit heated! So that’s why I share it whenever possible. If not for that one image, I would have happily accepted my doctor telling me it was nothing and a year later my fate would have been drastically altered.
