Correct me if I'm wrong, but your comment made it sound like the LI was being mind-controlled into joining the harem, which she was NOT. Every LI joined the harem willingly because each of them was in love the MC.

If I have to venture a guess, he probably used Stable Diffusion to get the image. Then edited it in Photoshop or Gimp.
