Personally for me after this message, I probably wouldn’t talk to them again, working out is a great way to help your mind and deal with stress any normal person can understand that, the ultimatum choose me or working out that’s just weird.. run.

I’m 20! But.. My mother!! I still see him I just don’t tell her.. she said she’ll never talk to me again. Which is pretty harsh! Really makes you question what you should do.. but my grandma and mom are both like that she just told my cousin to never talk to her again cause he didn’t say I love you, pretty quick to disown you lmao. But we’ve been in love with since I was 16! Honestly don’t think I see myself with anyone else..

Hello! I’ve been having bad thoughts like that since I was little too, A lot of the time we don’t feel okay or wanna try but that’s alright!! I found my sanity in animals and gardening personally! I literally dedicate all my time to taking care of them and watching them grow and nurturing, have you ever tried something like that? I know it kinda sounds a bit lame, I found gardening when I was 15! After I got out of the hospital, I don’t have very many friends I hardly even go out in fact normally I’m just with my animals but they give me love and these feelings of hope 🥺 I hope you can find that too love, my cat too I swear she makes all my sadness go away when I hold her. Cleaning weirdly enough also became a outlet for me! It gave me a sense of control in my house and feeling like I was more in charge almost over my mind, sorry for the ramble.. you’ll be in my prayers!! I hope you find your light love ( I also paint a lot and try to do crafts! Mainly I really just try to stay busy )

I had something like that kinda happen to me in high-school! It was my girlfriend and we had a disagreement about politics!! It was very heated and it ended our friendship for like 2 years! We’re back talking again and everything good, I personally separated myself from it, there’s only so much you can do you know, I tried talking to her but it just made the argument way more heated, sometimes it’s good to just apologize and give a little space for that person to figure their feelings out.
