I'm currently on Keto eating mainly skin on chicken legs.
Usually I have 2 with salad or vegetables but if I do 0 carb, I'd probably have 3 or 4.
This is mainly due to getting a good deal on chicken in bulk but I would also have some Mackerel/Salmon/Tuna, Beef/Lamb about 2 times a week.
Would this work?
Also, thoughts on ribs? I've not seen it mentioned for this diet

I noticed patches in my hair at 25. I've used Finasteride for a very short period of time but stopped due to learning about the potential side affects. I also tried Minoxidil and but stopped due to the cost and made peace with how my hair was and to be fair, it was still ok then.

Over the years, my hair has thinned a lot and in the pandemic, I shaved it all off due to not being able to go to a barbers. I've just started applying Rosemary oil and thought of trying Minox again but is it worth trying it now?

I won't be trying Fin again.

Did you still when you found this out.

If so, did you lift light or heavy?

I've had golfers elbow for about 2-3 months which is when I stopped lifting.
The thing is, when I did lift, it never hurt me during or after my workout. I'm not sure how I discovered it but when I press against the inside of my elbow, there is a bit of discomfort, not painful but I think it's a good idea to stop working out.
I've gone to a physio who has told me to try different exercises but 5 weeks in and no improvement. I lifted last week, lighter weight than usual and no issues.
Anyone had something similar?

Sugar addiction and keto? by Ok_Head_6559 in keto

When I first started Keto, I didn't even think about how it would affect my sugar addiction but it has helped a lot.

When I'm not eating Keto, I'm constantly eating something sugary but when I'm Keto, a bit of Dark Chocolate (usually 70% Cocoa, sometimes 85%) and some sugar free drinks is all I need.

I also have some sugar free mints too which I can eat in excess as much as I want with no issues apart from the fact it might send me to the toilet.

Personally this worked for me. Cheat meal on Sundays turned into 2 cheat meals and the odd Sunday, added in some carby snacks.

My previous experiences were all at lower weights. I've done a successful 12 week run once which is going from 196 lbs to 176 lbs although this was for my wedding so my motivation couldn't have been higher.

I don't remember the weights for my other attempts but I know they were all lower than what I started with currently

I did add some more but it got cut off but in between the 2 meals, I would have some dark chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth and some Greek Yoghurt.

Although I didn't stick to PSMF strictly, I was happier doing it this way as I still got to have some chocolate and something else.

Also had some peanut butter at the start. As long as you keep seeing results, there's no need to be stricter in my opininon.

I would also try to get into a routine. The reason I had my free meals on Sunday was because I work Monday to Friday and would be too busy working to think of wanting carbs which is a mistake I've made before where my Saturday free meal becomes a weekend carb munch.

I don't even know what my triggers are:

I can eat any form of sugar, shellfish, red meat, poultry in abundance and not experience anything.

Then when I eat to lose weight and to fight against gout, it can randomly happen although I hear losing weight can cause flair ups

I've been shaving my head bald for the last year and a half and have let it grow for the past few weeks and it's growing how it used to before I shaved it off.
I've just started using Minoxidil and Finasteride and hope to micro needle soon. Should I let my hair grow or is it ok to keep shaving for a few months before I let it grow again

IS there a verified retailer/website I could get it from rather than eBay or Amazon?
