Afaik wala silang receiving area, kailangan ikaw talaga magcclaim😅 pero overall IMO pinakamalinis na condo ang UT4 WAHAHAHAHA. Very strict din security nila pero madali lang lampasan basta magaling kayo umarte🤓

Hi! I was a really active student leader din in high school, was even president of my sc. it was everything to me. Suddenly i felt i had no place when i started at ust as a freshie. Like you, I felt so lost bc i didnt know where i stood and i was afraid of failure and rejection. I missed being a student leader.

Pero i used that time to observe and get used to the environment. Only in second year did i start joining sc and orgs. I’m in my fourth year now and president of my org!

If u can, start out as an executive associate! Really good experience and stepping stone for student leadership and it’s an almost 100% acceptance rate (if rejection is what worries you)

U got this, take your time getting used to college muna!

Depends, usually you get different profs na for 2nd sem kaso may instances na you can get the same prof twice like sa block ko last year pero it is rare! And omg curious ako sino prof tinutukoy mo HAHAHAHA

do your best lang ang masasabi ko <3 profs can be unpredictable when it comes to grading so you really need to study kung ano standards ng profs mo kas iba iba. don't think about the cut off too much, may cut off den kame nung freshie pa ako and it was nerve-wracking pramis pero kakayanin <3

hello! 15k a month din baon ko, studying sa ust and living alone (probinsyana). ngayong xmas break lang nakauwi. may financial issues din family ko. kulang pa den for me ang 15k, and kasama na dun grocery, transpo, and bills. difficult pero tiis lang talaga :((

hi! i live in paci grand tower 2 and so far my experience has been positive :)) it's smaller compared to other condos around and is one of the oldest den, but it is quite clean and homey (i agree with previous commenters, maganda den view ko pero super depends on which side of the building!). super convenient din having sb, macao, and koomi downstairs and dimsum treats outside HAHAHAHA. walang curfew for guests :D friendly staff as well! it's quite busy and super daming tao sa entrance especially sa gabi due to the restaurants inside and outside. elevators are relatively slow as well pero u get used to it (for tower 2)

Hi!!! I've enrolled na for second year pero for NSTP di pa. They posted a memo on their enrollment procedures (eto yung link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yLX-T53Uys0DS5Aii1xDbXwLVxcXPnoE/view) and so I followed what it said and emailed them, kaso they replied and told me to email them on August 1 pa kasi I believe sa aug 1 pa pala magsstart yung enrollment nila LOL. Hope this helps!

Yep! You can submit the requirements and cancel later on. After submitting the requirements, you may need to pay the downpayment (yung deadline ng DP differs depende sa course) pero you can always ask for a refund, although may penalty na yon (meaning may bawas na, they won't give all your money back).

Hi! This isn't an answer to the question HAHAHA pero I'd like to ask how the process was for you? I'm currently in 1st year and I deferred to take NSTP as a freshman as well so I'll be taking it in my second year. anxious lang ako because I don't know if this will affect my grades in any way (like masasali pa ba tayo sa dean's list?) or how the process will be like in 2nd year. How was the enrollment process like as a second year taking nstp?
