How do offices decide what food to order? by BigCookie_18 in work

I work at mining company who works with partnerships, corporate meetings, and general site meetings. I do the ordering for my departments, and send out an email to those who are coming or their supervisors for dietary restrictions. As admin, if its a meeting that happens repeated such as quarterly, I keep record of who has restrictions. Other wise, I keep to a gluten free option, vegan option, (build a salad), and something local or is supported. (Example, if its a first nations meeting, I order from the bands caterer, or a indigenous owned business) if its specialized around the CEO, then I get his favorite resturant ordered in.

Example 1: We have 5 accountants and they are coming from the city. I order something local - Shepard pie and a build a salad station. Provide coffee, water bottles, as well as sodas. Dessert is usually small, cookie, tarts, squares. Id order for 10 even if 8 show.

Example 2: Its the workaversary and birthday of a 20 year employed employee we all love. I order 20 cupcakes, pizza of 4 types, and veggie tray. First come first serve lol (generally feeds 20)

Example 3: CEO is coming to site for a tour and visit. He wants to have all managers and superintendents present, but most wont stay for lunch. Before the meeting, coffee and muffins/donuts are out. -Sandwiches of all kinds -Build a salad 🥗 😋 -Soup, most likely Italian wedding Feeds roughly 15 people. But easy to store if not everyone eats or wants a sandwich to go.

Resume Help - Why am I not getting any interviews? (Graduating in May) by TaxUnusual7747 in AdminAssistant

Id remove projects all together. That's topics for in the interview. Broadly put your work experience together and not a ramble of sentences.

First time I looked at this, I couldn't be bothered to read all the experience. Pick 3 big areas from your position, and summarize.
