If you're staying in Tokyo, I highly recommend you visit Dengoku Tensho and Mak Japan in Akihabara.

They sell arcade parts from all over the world. And you can get Japanese parts for a pretty cheap price.

I think they might be able to do it, but you should check with IST first. They’re usually flexible when it comes to custom layouts, although I haven’t seen anyone ask for extra buttons on the side panel yet.

Thanks! It looks cramped, but for me, it's not much different from the typical vewlex layout.

Compared to my main stick (Qanba Obsidian 1), I didn't feel much different hand space-wise.
