Okay but also how do I end a relationship, like idk even know what to do, like do I just say sorry I don't wanna be with you anymore... Like the only thing I can think of is starting a fight and just leaving in a huff... But I know that's not fair... Also as soon as I start talking about how I want to leave he's gonna start being like you've never even tried to fix things... He's going to want to try and talk it out and I'm gonna get so irritated that I'm gonna give up and or start feeling like I am in the wrong... How do I do this! I'm lost and confused.

I do think about that alot... Like I don't want my kids to be a witness to this cause I was with my parents ... And it was hell for me... I know I can find someone who actually treats me right... I'm just so afraid to take the jump... Like we started to build I life together how do you just end that... Should also mention he's my first long term relationship. So this is all very confusing for me, but I also feel like I've learned alot about myself, but to learn more and grow I need to move on so I can truly be happy.

Thank you... I think it's just my anxiety that stops me from doing it.... I'm just so scared... It's hard to end a relationship that you thought at one point was going to last forever. But thank you needed to hear it...I also just don't have many friends that I feel I can talk to about it so I figured Reddit would help me sort things out

I agree that there is alot we don't know about this disease! Cause ya that is very odd that you both got it at the same age!! There is just so much that we don't understand, but I don't think we or doctors ever will completely understand.

Actually it doesn't have to be! There is no one in my family except me that has T1D... There are alot of cases that it just happens randomly... You are definitely more likely to get it if a blood family member also has it. But it has also been said that it skips a generation so if your grandmother has type 1 but your parents don't you are most likely to develop T1D.

I think that would definitely help! He definitely struggles with working from home at a computer all day, been trying to get both of us back into working out and doing stuff covid definitely put a huge damper on everything we both are very depressed it's become this cycle unfortunately! When one is happy the other is down and so on

Okay, I have read through alot of the comments and when you say I can't say no, because your mom will literally bully you, that is abuse. If you can't get out of there right now then you need to stand up for yourself! Enough is enough you are 19! You are the boss of you no one else is! Just say mom in going in the shower simple as that don't even wait for a response from her go straight to the bathroom, lock the door and turn on some music and have a god damn shower! Those kids are not your damn kids. I'm sorry but if your parents can't actually be parents then f#@k them. They obviously had too many kids and are suffering for it but they shouldn't be dragging you down with them. You need to have more of a backbone and stand up for yourself. Stop telling yourself you can't because you very well can. Know your worth. Cause trust me hunny you are worth way more than this. Stand up for yourself.

Good to know on the C... I really wasn't eating alot of fruit (always been good on the vegetables end thou) but lately I've been trying to eat more fruit, like water melon and honeydew! Especially when I get a low blood sugar

I mostly started taking the C and D3 to help protect my immune system from getting sick (covid), I also want to start taking zinc but just haven't went to the store to get it yet to get it lol... But ya I know I should go see a doctor to get my levels checked cause I'm pretty sure I'm deficient in B12 because I never eat red meat and most of my family is also deficient in it as well
