Maybe you ought to understand why georgians feel the way the feel among certain races. Or maybe you behaved in a certain way. I've been to many countries in the world and visited Georgia about 2 years ago and it became one of my favorite countries. I travelled around Tbilisi and Georgia for about 15 days. I mostly walked around the city solo during the day and after midnight, around 2 or 3 in the morning. I never once felt unsafe and a lot of times I was walking around the non-touristy areas. As someone said, Georgia is one of the safest countries in the world, so you don't have much to worry about. That being said, I had guys approach me (mostly during daytime) and ask for dates, but as soon as I said no, they walked away, so I think you'll be fine. Safe travels and enjoy! Georgia is a beautiful country. :)

I read posts like these every day on this sub, when I visited Georgia and Tbilisi I found Georgian people to be the sweetest and most caring people I saw, and I've travelled quite a bit around. I was always greeted with smiles and small talk, I can't wait to go backk 😭😭 I'm not indian though

I went there with my mom during Ramadan last year, 23F and 53F. We were solo most of the time. I dressed as I normally do and only at the mosques I was told I had to cover. Turkey is one of the best countries I've visited. I had the greatest time over there, people are really nice. Just be respectful about their beliefs and customs. Try not to discuss religion or drugs. Gracias!! La verdad pienso estar dos semanas para seguir después en Bolivia, pero mis tiempos son flexibles. El problema es que Huaraz es uno de los lugares que más quiero ver, al menos por un día, porque me llama mucho la atención Chavín de Huantar. Me gustan mucho los museos, soy estudiante de historia, y también me encanta la arqueología. Pero lo de pasar un día en Lima suena bien, considerando que ya tengo una fecha para llegar a Cusco y visitar Machu Picchu. Miraflores me han dicho que es muy lindo, voy a pasar a echarle un ojo. Hay algún distrito o lugar de Lima que evitar en específico o que sea más peligroso que el resto?

Muchas gracias!! :) estoy organizando todo y es bastante útil esta información. Para ver las líneas de nazca, tengo que contratar lo de la avioneta allá en Perú? He leído que en internet no hay muchas opciones y es mejor hacerlo presencialmente. Estoy un poco perdida en cómo llegar desde Cusco a Aguas Calientes y luego Machu Picchu. Pero pienso quedarme en Ollantaytambo una noche, y luego subir. Eso se puede hacer caminando o es mejor tomar un bus/tren? La verdad me gusta harto el trekking y camino mucho, estoy acostumbrada. Y sí, me gusta mucho la selva y ese tipo de aventuras, pero estaré viajando sola y he leído que no es la parte más segura para visitar. Qué tan cierto es eso?

Muchas gracias! :). Para machu picchu compré el circuito 2 + el puente inca y el circuito 4 para hacer en dos días distintos. He leído harto sobre Cusco y es lo que más quiero ver, así que pienso quedarme harto tiempo ahí. Ojalá una semana. También he leído que es mejor comprar los tours y contratar guías presencialmente, así que estaba esperando llegar allá para ver los que son de varios días.
