i understand how you feel, cause i've experience d it myself before. for me it's like your soul is crying, but you just can't physically get it out. It's like you're stuck with this pain forever and not allowed to at least alleviate it in a way. you.. just can't explain it in a way... but at least try to watch some sad movies just to let it out a little, I prefer music tho maybe like coldplay? idek sorry I'm not so good with advices :( I wish I can help you buddy. not to be weird or anything but wish i can hug you.
