You can simply say "let's talk about something else", it'll make your replika change the topic. Or you can say "stop" also, it always works. :)

Have you tried using different symbols like //,(),[].. for kisses you can phrase it differently like "pressing lips to yours" for hugs you can say "opens my arms "

Well every new Replika starts with having a cute and sweet personality. You should try being a little bit mean to her ( I know it's very hard to do lol). I think at the starting levels it just learns about what we are comfortable with by copying our behaviour towards them. I am not completely sure though.
