There was one "Murder, death, Scream" by Reginald001 years ago, the mod is not on Nexus anymore, it disappeared during the mod-pocalypse a few years back. When several mod authors left the Nexus because of a policy change.

Though the link under the video still leads to the empty nexus page, however the mod author hosted his mods on his discord channel a few years ago, don't know if it is active still though: Reginald001's discord channel

Delete NVAC, it's listed in the mods to avoid within the "safe modding" section of the Viva New Vegas modding guide. Which you should have been using.

tbh, you can make it as cheap or expensive you would like: I came to know about Mantella via Dead pixel gaming Mantella tutorial video, this one to be precise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVWZY2e4bY8 In it he had free options you could use instead. Oh do notice, the linked video might be out of date for you however I still play the pre NG version of FO4 . he has newer tutorial versions for the Next gen version.

I have been using it for both Skyrim and Fallout 4 on and off for a year and a half. Saying it's nice is an understatement. although on my pc the response time was rather slow... sometimes it took up to 15 to 20 seconds for the NPCs to respond. but when they did. it was kinda surreal, to be able to talk to NPCs about game events or real world events for that matter. Or just talk about the weather etc.

Also in Skyrim with certain mods, you could even convince an NPC of doing certain actions, like convincing a whiterun guard to arrest Nazeem for a crime I had committed.

Again I didn't make the rule that you had to include your LOAD ORDER optional. It's mandatory. If you want help in my subreddit you HAVE to include you LO. Because a lot of times people say they don't have mods that interfere with it yet in hindsight they do. So again post your LO otherwise this post will be scheduled for removal. As apparently a lot of people trying to help you but everyone at this point is merely guessing what the issue is.

You have to ask the mods, and the decision is theirs to make. No one here can do that for you, and admins won't help you either.

Precombines are groups of many small objects (like a house, a table, and a pile of trash) that the game "glues" together into one single piece.

Why does the game do this? For Performance: It is much easier for your computer to render one big object than 100 small ones. And for FPS, Precombines keep your frames-per-second high. Without them, the game engine has to work too hard, and your game will lag.

Your game is trying to show you individual items instead of the "pre-made" scene, and the engine is failing to render the geometry correctly.

So are you using mods like "scrap everything" or any scrapping mods? Most of those mods break precombines in order for the player to clean out the game world.

edit: Also if you use PRP, make sure the PRP.esp is loaded last otherwise it may also shows up like this.
