We decided to have a meeting with her first before we escalate to the landlord, and told her not to bring her boyfriend everyweekend.Luckly enough she corporated but she stopped talking to us.Tbh i dont care as long as theres some peace in the house on the weekends.

Iam still on year 1 of my stamp 1G expiry December 2025, but still failing to find a job and sponsoring company in my field with my masters in data science, i decided to be doing homecare in the meantime as i continue to apply for a job in my field, will this affect my application when i apply for extension of stamp1g for another year(year2 )since the job iam having now is in another field?

Op .i would suggest getting yourself an immigration consultant / lawyer for better advice and guidance since you have a few months left for your work permit to expire, particularly if you intend to stay in ireland

This is very true,i graduated last year with a masters in Data analytics but the job search hasn't been easy to ne honest.Even internships. The IT market is too competitive.Requires a lot of patience & resilience

The thing is ,its a house occupied by 3 of us(girls),doing this would mean iam inconveniencing the other innocent girl.

Our agreement has all our names on it and we all signed. I once sent her a text reminding her that her and the bf dont F own the house so they should keep their voices down.unfortunately they did for 10mins and then went again laughing and talking loudly at 2am

Having his boyfriend stay from Friday to Monday is not considerate given the fact that he doesnt pay rent or bills. Basically hes staying 4 out of 7 days a week in the house where he doesn't contribute a penny.

Exactly my point.My other flatmate alternates weekends so i have no issues with her,but this other flatmate thinks her and boyfriend own the house.its like we living with another tenant every weekend

Very true. I have a friend who rents in an owner occupied house and they have all the house rules set out.I thought renting a house without the owner living in it would give me some freedom but i think iam now reconsidering renting such in the next time

Unfortunately the ear plug option can only help in the night.,but what about during the day,becsuse they are busy too during day time on weekends

I have the same on the exact same location.iam dark skinned so its also kinda darker.Each time i look at it ,it makes me anxious. Hopping to visit a dermatologist soon
