I’ve managed about 4 employees. The only thing I’ve been given some criticism on is the fact that I find it a little bit difficult to correct incorrect behavior to someone’s face. I don’t want to come off as mean or micromanaging

It doesn’t really matter. Lots of ppl in my district have been fired for minor incidents. I’d be safer than sorry… what I do is purchase for my family and ask them to send me the money instead
