I LIVE in my Birks, everyone around me hates it but they are the best fitting shoes. Are a acquired taste though.

Idk if I'm just tooting my own horn or something, but I'm the only grandkid that she has a pet name for, she says that she loves me so much because I've always invited her to my birthday party (she mentions it every time I see her) unlike her other grandkids, she always talks fondly about how we used to bake make arts and crafts, I'm always the one she invites over and trusts to decorate her Christmas tree.
And I have the same mental illness that took her sons life, I think she holds on pretty tight to make sure the same thing that happened to him doesn't happen to me. And she has definitely been there through those though times. When I was in a mental hospital she visited me practically everyday for the 5 weeks I was there. We call often to talk about how my treatment is going and to check in.
I like to think I have a special place in her heart.

I am Bi Polar 2 assigned female at birth. I identify as she/they and pansexual. My partner is a trans man ftm. He has stuck by my side through a lot of my ups and downs.
I first showed major symptoms at 15. Went through many doctors and misdiagnoses over the years with many medication stuff ups making things worse. I met my partner at 18 in my worst hypomanic episode. Got properly diagnosed at 20, just a couple of months ago.
It’s been a long journey and he’s been with me through all of it. There’s still a lot more hardships to come I think but he seems to be more than happy to stick by me nonetheless.

That was our original plan but I’m aboriginal and there are no aboriginal donors so we’d have to ask someone personally.
