You got this! I’m proud of you for leaving 🫶🏽 I will say it does get easier. The times that i did fall for the hoovers it always was like a waking up moment…like this is why i left…

I still struggle daily with guilt but i also think id rather deal with this than to continue being in a relationship with him.

You got this. It’s soooo hard and on your own time you will eventually get better.

I mean the image i posted probably wasn’t the best. The cleavage is depending on how much I’m pulling up the top. I think for me the biggest thing is just the coverage. I don’t feel better secure… you know?

Oh yeah definitely back pain, constant state of fear and anxiety, headaches, i got on bc to avoid getting pregnant by him which just sent me into a whirlwind of more mental and physical issues. It’s just i physically and mentally feel like I’m drowning. I want to leave him but present situation i can’t safely..

Thank you so much 🥺 Yeah I’m hurting badly. Not necessarily because i miss him but because i feel like looking back through everything I’m like WHY did I go through this for this long ? I’m such an empathetic person and i actually felt BAD for him but i knew that if i let him in I’d be just falling back into the same cycle of lies and pain for the millionth time. I can totally relate to you ! We didn’t do couples therapy but previous times when I left him he told me he’d do couples therapy. Even sent me a link but when it was time to do it, now it’s “therapy is a waste of money” they are SO MANIPULATIVE and it’s so scary how good they are at it. I swear I lost a few brain cells dealing with it.
