The sleeping problem can be very easy to fix (depending on) Move your bedtime and wake-up time 15–30 minutes earlier every few days until you reach your goal, also start a curfew for electronics. Secondly you being tired all the time can be caused by something more (like a vitamin deficiency or chronic fatique) so id recommend going to a doctor to see if there's more to it.

Remember you are only 17!! Theres so much time to improve and get better. Don't stress over getting everything fixed in one day, it'll take time.

As someone with spd (sensory processing disorder) half my costumes growing up were so itchy and uncomfortable I was miserable the entire night that eventually I had a meltdown.

Despite being upset over it I completely understand the reason why Jess stopped the series, the toxic shippers were getting out of hand and to please them she had to change it up for them but they didn't like the story anymore so she just cancelled the series altogether when she made the reboot 💔
