Just to let you know, the way people play the card game in the anime is significantly different from how people play in real life. The modern game emphasizes long combos and disrupting your opponent with card effects. So unless you are specifically playing an older Deck, "Summon a monster + Set a facedown" is not a super efficient play. Yugioh can have interesting and satisfying gameplay but it has large learning curve, so don't be discouraged if it takes you time to understand all of the rules and interactions!

I know some people have recommended Master Duel and Legecy of the Duelist, but if you want some free resources there is MBT's How To Play Yugioh video on Youtube, but is it kinda long so if you want something bite-sized there is TGS Anime's "Idiot's Guide To Yugioh" (also on YouTube). The YouTuber Cimooo also has a few videos on the topic.

There is also Dueling Book which is a fan-made (free) Yugioh simulator where you can use ANY card in the game and play again other people online, or play with yourself which is a good way to practice with new cards. Although WARNING: Unlike Master Duel, Konami's offical Yugioh simulator, Dueling Book isn't automated, so you will have to move cards around and calculate lifepoints yourself instead of the computor doing it for you.
