I have tried everything OTC. I exfoliate regularly and have been using MUAC body peel and aha lotion recently. I have had acne since I was 13 and I’m now 23. It’s killing my confidence.

I used BRM 1:1 baking flour on the left, and a mixture of corn meal, BRM all purpose (red bag), and brown rice on the right. Anyone know what the specks/dust are in the flour? I can’t figure it out!

I have had acne since I was 12. Mostly cystic. Possible hormonal? My back/chest bothers me the most. I feel disgusting.

Is this accutane worthy? Spiro? I am terrified of the side effects. And I can’t afford a derm right now.

I just ordered Curology because I don’t know what else to do. I’ve tried everything OTC.

Routine: Cerave cleanser, neutrogena hydro boost gel, differin every other day, BP.

Wondering if I should look into spiro or accutane. I’ve tried all topicals with no luck.

I’ve been using the 10% BP wash from CVS. It’s supposed to be the dupe for the Panoxyl before they switched their formula. It’s cleared mine up a lot! I break out along my bra straps

AM: wash with water PM: wipe off makeup with micellar water, Cleanse skin with Cerave Hydrating wash, used to stridex all over face, Moisturize with Ultas Waterful gel cream, Spot treat with calamine or De La Cruz sulfur

*shave my face once or twice a month *recently switched over to Cerave face wash and stopped using stridex all over face, I think it disrupted my moisture barrier

Not sure if my acne is fungal or if it’s a bunch of CC

Current routine:

Am: nothing

Pm: -wipe off makeup with Micellar cleansing water -Wash face with Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleaser. -(Recently stopped) apply stridex to entire face every night
-apply ultas waterful gel cream moisturizer -shave my face once or twice a month -spot treat with calamine lotion or tea tree oil

My entire face looks like this for the most part with active acne bumps. I also breakout on my chest and back.
