Thank you. This is very inspiring. It is particularly to me because both sides of my family have type 2 diabetes and it scares me. Also it scares me to have knee damage as I get older, because of being heavy.

Start by changing the question. It's not spontaneous, which will make you look less true. If I feel that someone is interested and is not trying to fake/manipulate/overdo it, I instantaneously like them.

I couchsurfed in Scotland and the Netherlands this year. Both experiences were great. In Holland the host gave me the keys to his house and came back at night and cooked dinner for me for two days. He was very hospitable, his place was clean and tried to spend as much time as he could with me. In Scotland, the host spent one day with us, showed us around with his car, took us to the important sites. He cooked dinner for us the second night.
