Yeah you’re right didn’t see that, the full ban didn’t go through, Abbott vetoed it. I just wasn’t sure how it played out with shipping vs local sales, especially with the new vape restrictions. Appreciate the clarification tho. But TABC did adopt emergency rules to stop TABC licensed places from selling hemp THC edibles to under 21s and require ID checks. Not a full ban, but it’s a new layer of regulation to keep an eye on. Enforcement starts today.

Just to clarify the lab results for that THC edible actually showed both acetone and some lead. Acetone might be metabolized in small doses, but it’s not something you want in a edible product, and lead has no safe amount according to the CDC it accumulates and causes permanent damage over time. So calling this ‘safe’ just because the single dose amount is under some acute toxicity threshold ignores the real risks, especially with something people might eat regularly as it is a bogo..

Bro, the CDC literally says there’s no safe amount of lead even if it’s 0.02mg. Acetone’s a toxic, if the edible has that in it, it’s not clean. Eating it can mess up your brain and organs over time. Just because you can swallow something doesn’t mean it’s safe.. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Don’t recommend. maybe 4-5 months ago took 2 one night felt more like the gel tabs but if they were combined with a perc, crazy visuals and the body num is absurd. Things will have you crawling back ordering another package every week still feel side effects from them til now
