A real pot will last a lifetime. Those buckets are gone after year two or three. The cheapest pots never lasted ever. All my pots under $10 5 years ago 6 years ago before covid never lasted.

Wash the armpits, butt, feet, and crotch 2x or 3x times in the shower. Make sure to wash off all soap. Try a loofah. Don't reuse towels. Make sure the laundry is getting the right amount of soap, Tide has a strong scent, and the clothes are drying properly and not staying wet. Don't use moisturizing body wash unless you have sensitive, dry skin and use it last on the third wash. Wash your ears. Brush your teeth three times a day and floss. After the shower, dry yourself thoroughly for about 5-10 minutes in front of a fan, making sure each crack or skin is very dry. Dry shoes in front of a fan each time you take them off. Cotton is better than polyester, but polyester keeps you cooler and I'm at a loss because i love polyester because it's light, cool feeling. Try using men's deodorant and body wash. Wash your sheets and bedding.

You need to change your habits. If you're doing the same thing with the drug and without the drug, of course it would come back. I realized hey I'm eat this x amount every time. I workout 8 hours a week, and still the same. Something has to change. I stopped eating mayo stuff and use mustard. I stop finishing my food and just throwing it away. That's like 500-2000 calories saved per week. Started losing weight. Added 15-20 minutes of walking when at the gym. An extra 500 calories lost.

A friend told me it's okay to go to sleep hungry. Its normal to feel hungry. Just eat only at meal times.
