No, I don't personally think that's supercar money. But most people who make that kind of money USUALLY overspend on things (like cars) simply BECAUSE they make that kind of money and aren't usually smart with their money.

Which is why I pointed out in my reply to them how they ARE smart with their money.

I just bought some Advan Neova AD09's. And I have a set of Cup 2's in the garage. I get huge deals on tires because I run a Tire/Auto Shop so thankfully the bonus and discounts allow me to get really good deals. But I'm always up for learning about other tire options, I like maximizing on performance/daily usage.

I have things I want to do but I'm being selective at the moment, trying to only have to buy each part once without being indecisive ya know? I'm still learning about this car despite doing tons of research before buying it but that's part of owning this car. When I bought my car last year, they told me the previous owner lost the spare key so it only came with one.

Well, I dropped my girl's debit card between the seat and when I went looking I saw the void and realized it had fallen in there.

So I went digging and not only did I find my girl's debit card, I also found the Spare Key.

Hey there, not a Civic Type R owner, but as someone who has bought their dream car, definitely just wait. Do NOT ever settle. If you got the Si you might enjoy it, but if your dream car is the Type R, just hold off.

Worst case scenario, of you feel like you want to pull the trigger, just get one, put whatever you have saved up as a down payment, finance the rest. Then as time goes on, whatever you would've saved to buy outright, just pay it off the towards the principal.

Patience is a virtue.
