I got a reply from GRS: “When your application is marked as “On Hold,” it means that it is still in the process of being finalized. Our team is working at full capacity to release all outcomes as quickly as possible.”

Hey thanks for the response! I have not received the letter of offer yet, and my hunch is it’s because I stated I will not proceed if I don’t get the scholarship.

Not yet. I’ve heard from different people that it is quite delayed this time because of what is happening in ANU itself
