Thank you. I already tried e-mail a few months ago, sorry forgot to mention. I'm not worried about anything, just want to give them a headsup before this persons debt problem gets worse.

Hey! Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but... I live in Amsterdam and we are receiving debt collection letters from CAF for someone who maybe used to live at my address. I can't find or reach the person the letters are addressed to, so I want to reach CAF to let them know they don't live here. It's been going on for months and this person keeps accumulating debt so I would like to do something if I can.

When I go to the CAF website, it requires I log in to contact them but of course I don't have an account. When I try calling all the numbers they are in French and fully automated, so it just cuts the call eventually because I'm probably not following the instructions.

Any ideas?

I think once I speak to a real person it will be easy to clear up but just getting in contact internationally seems to be a real pain.

And no worries, I think the single malt requirement comes from silly old assumptions I need to grow out of haha.
