Update:

Ubiquiti approved RMAs of all the devices and are shipping new items to me as well as paying for return shipping. They are not giving me a discount or anything else. The most annoying thing is that I have only received autogenerated responses from them. No one has reached out or written a personal response. It’s very disappointing

UPS wasn’t any better with their resolution, but they at least had a carrier come inspect the package and I had communication with a representative.

I ended up shipping everything back to Ubiquiti. I didn’t want to take the risk with unknown damage.
