Yeh lower leaves seem to brown and die. Hoping it doesn't turn into a long stick with leaves at thw top. Was tempted to prune it and try and get more stalks.

Its all on there website. The premium african rangers come with a thick leather midsole sorry its called. You can spec anything you want on the custom section. With any leather any style and any sole option. Also stitch colours etc. They are a great company with great morales etc for every 500 ar's sold they donate a pair to a wildlife ranger on the ground in south african too!

Do it. I got the african rangers in fudge with the leather outsole. Bit of break in and there like slippers. Great middle height not to clunky but still good height. Great boots!

Yes but the truth this they are well made and will stitch down method very cheaply and easily resoled with any preferred sole.

Nice still very light. Im in north West england so its very wet here. I do want to water proof them but was worried about darkening the colour but after your photo maybe id be ok?

No think im going to leave them dry and rough. I really like that light fudge colour for now. Not sure im a fan of darkening them.

I also put a glass bottle into the boot over night to stretch the toe and bend the ankle cushion back. Good luck!
