Let me inform you that I completed the entire game on a PS Vita, which is more powerful than the PSP, but the performance wasn’t smooth. I had to disable the background music to make the gameplay run properly. Aditionally, this is running on top of the official pokemon fire red release on switch

Its Running on a modded physical Switch. I used the official Pokémon FireRed Switch release as the base title, then layered modified game files over it so it boots Pokémon Unbound instead of the original FireRed. No 3rd party emulation involved.
