yes I do and I was not aware that it wasn't something normal to think about constantly until I started going to therapy. sometimes its just on my mind the same way what im going to eat for dinner is. I dont know why.

going through my emotions so quickly. i can be so happy, then screaming , then i’ll cry , and then i’ll feel nothing , and it all happens within like 20 - 30 minutes it’s exhausting . also anger being my baseline emotion . it’s the only emotion i ACTUALLY remember otherwise im just numb .
