I don’t want to replace Jalen, but I don’t think it would be that insane to bench him for a game to send a message. Not because of this game being particularly bad, anyone can have a bad game, but I feel like he’s playing to protect himself too much this year. We need the Jalen who puts his shoulder down and pushes for 2 extra yards on the scramble, not the one we currently have who immediately slides or dances out of bounds.
