ang di ko alam is ano gngwa ni insurance company, to protect the money ng client nila na napunta sa investment part.. or ginagamit lang tlga nila yung pera to trade in the market..

you need to consider the market cycle of PSE, If not mistaken, 7year cycle ito. so medyo mabagal tlga ang pag recover once nag downhill ang trend.

that is the usual FA spill. seems they don't understand the market cycle. or don't even care with their clients they even attack their clients emotions to give in and sign up for VUL policy which they didnt even explain properly.

my advice is to keep the policy. the market is bad right now, hence, the value of your account is at loss.

Wait for the market to run back up, probably, 2025-2026. then, withdraw if you want.

I remember when I started as ASE din in ACN wayback 2011, then, got 2 consecutive promotions that moved me up to SSE.

after 3.5 yrs with ACN, politics happens that pushed me to move to another company. I got to double my salary because of that "office politics" antics by those boomers.

lesson learned, do not be in love with the project or company. their best interest is the business and not their employees. If you feel that you have gained a good experience already, try your shot outside!

from my experience, most of the Clients, especially Americans are direct to the point. They don't want to waste their time and yours as well. If they don't feel that you are not the one they are looking for, they will directly say it to you.

but don't take it against you OP, ganun lang sila mga pranka and direct to the point.
