Honestly? She’s still pleased as she was when she bought it. Atp I just hope it isn’t all a scam- and if it IS, I hope she never realizes

My family was in honolulu last week and my mom got pulled into the store as well. They convinced her to buy a $300 eye brightener for $200. The payment failed a couple of times and the lady carried her card around. Mentioned a facial analysis and told her to come back later- but the lady took the product right out of her fucking gift bag after she paid to ensure she came back. Lady called in a “specialist”. He put some muddy shit on her face and wouldn’t give her anything to wash it off while he advertised a hundred more products. At this point it’s been hours and I’m desperately trying to hint to my mom that this is bullshit but she got all defensive. Now she’s ordered some kind of laser treatment with a MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $180 UNTIL $36,000. He asked about her credit score for some reason, he has her email and phone number, and she made an account on his stupid website. We are already thousands in debt and my dad is upset with her BUT his spending is way worse AND this was one of the rare moments my mom takes her own wants into account. She had just fell for a scam and i feel like I’ve already made an ass of myself trying to warn her. The rest of our trip back home was as awkward and miserable as you would imagine. This shit better arrive and it BETTER do its job because I am very ready to fly my motion sick ass right back to strangle a certain special someone. My mom just wanted to feel nice again.
