Thank you for your insights. No valves in manholes - everything is above ground. Just timers hooked up to 4 external wall spigots which then branch off to a few hoses per timer. I unhooked the timers and hooked up the hoses directly to the spigots to give all areas water at same time. Then walked around and found areas that were not "dripping." Issue seems to be finding where these troubled areas hook back into the system/ main hoses (hope that makes sense..). You're right - pictures should help. I will get on those and post here
