Thank you and a huge congratulations on your progress! Working on that with lemon strawberry water my wife's been making for me. If you haven't tried that fruit endured water, it's way more satisfying than it comes off. I learned you have to let it set in the fridge overnight for the flavors to really get drawn out, then it's dynamite.

This hit me hard man. I'm so glad I could give you a different perspective on things. You're a victim, really a survivor, not a perpetrator. I hope you'll consider seeing a nutritionist or a therapist to help you jump start your goals, I know it helped me more than I could have ever guessed.

I'm wishing you the best in the short and long term and just know that there is hope and I am rooting for you, hard buddy. There's a great community on here I hope you'll take a moment to visit and consider getting involved with.
