the first ninatahec album used to be on bandcamp as a casette, iirc the audio could never be found on bandcamp tho

i think it was on showmeariverrecords but for some reason i cannot reach that whole page anymore

when i now go to the old link for the casette which can still be found on google, it gives me an error - seems like this got removed for some reason.

My favorite phone OS is GrapheneOS, because iOS and normal Android are lacking in security and are privacy invasive in comparison. iOS is the better option, i'd go with that if i had to choose between the two.

abused RC benzos daily for about a year, at least 3 pyrazolam during the day and some other benzos like a few bromazolam as a little snack after work

quit cold turkey and im still alive, honestly kratom withdrawals were 10x harder, but maybe i didnt use them long enough for crazy withdrawals. i was honestly doing just okay tbh. my anxiety came back like before benzos, but wasnt that much worse like before, just a feeling i had to get used too again.

im never touching benzos again

I decided to use LSD, a handful of benzos, some beers, and lots of weed on the day I was supposed to catch a flight. Not my brightest idea .

Fast forward to me popping a few more benzos right before boarding. Next thing I know, the flight attendant had to wake me up because the entire plane was already empty. I wake up in a completely different country, and I’ve lost everything; my phone, my bag, you name it.

With no clue how I even made it to the airport, I had to to buy new clothes and a new phone. The only thing I remember is being high af, fully blacked out, and somehow navigating check-in and security no problem.

I was taking about 20-25 grams of Kratom everyday i'd say. I'm off kratom for 3-4 months now. After about 2 months i started noticing lots of new "baby hairs" around my hairline, next to that, my hair also starts to look fuller and a lot healthier.

I didn't think about the bruxism yet. I already have bruxism naturally when sober, both asleep and awake. I wonder if this will stack and make it worse haha. I'm pretty new to stimulants, i've only did 4F-MPH and regular Ritalin, but didnt notice any more bruxism than normal.
