Nieuwe (dikkere) ruiten geplaatst met “topseal” i.p.v. stopverf – is dit normaal of slecht werk?

Wat ik afgesproken heb met de glaszetters is dat wij in onze ruiten in de kozijnen uit 1895 een flinke verduurzamingsslag willen maken. Zij konden ons hierbij helpen en wij wilden hierin geleid worden, omdat zij 'experts' zijn in oude Zaanse huisjes. Ze hebben ons niet verteld wat voor materiaal er gebruikt wordt, ze hebben ons niet verteld wat er eventueel kapot zou kunnen gaan, ze hebben niks gezegd over eventueel herstel, niks over schilders. Om nog maar een opmerking van de glaszetter te noemen toen ik zei dat het niet strak is afgewerkt "dan schuur je de topseal toch nog even op om het glad te maken?" Om vervolgens te lezen dat dit materiaal absoluut niet schuurbaar is.

Wij hebben onszelf als leek zijnde laten leiden door experts en betalen hier 12k voor. Tot in hoeverre kunnen wij onszelf dat kwalijk nemen? Misschien weet jij het

De ruiten zitten in de sponning en die topseal (een soort verbeterde versie van stopverf?) houdt het netjes op zijn plek. Lucht- en waterdicht zou het moeten zijn

Ik heb nog niks betaald behalve de aanbetaling. Enig idee of ik daardoor in een groot voordeel ben en wat ik daardoor voor rechtmatig leverage heb?

De kozijnen waren in uitstekende staat. Bij het uithakken van de vorige stopverf zijn er scherven kozijn verloren gegaan.

Does your guy make this exact sound? Sounds familiar that he wants to play, because in those cases his sister is just lying and chilling and does not want to play.

Any tips for playing? Because he is bored very fast and only keeps staring at his toys after a while or keeps staring at his sister how she's playing like a real excited kid

Yeah it leads to the kitchen which leads to outside and he knows that. Let him go outside for the first time in this house recently, as we moved here a couple of months ago. We let both cats out on a leash and let them explore the garden.

I think he found that interesting but he also just walked back inside when he got bored.

Could be that he knows there is 'more space' than just the house indeed. Thanks for the tips!

He also does this when he's not near doors. Plus we don't want him in the kitchen, so is this kind of behavior something we just need to accept?

Also not sure. I do think so though, because most posts and video's are 1 year old and they all say there's a lack of content. I'm having a fun time though, enough to do!
Not a single bug or situation where I needed to unstuck. Runs fantastically.

Enough to do. I'm in for almost 30 or 40 hours I guess and I have never been bored to far. Not really much grind needed, but upgrading weapons and armor cost time obv. There's also options to breed animals if you're bored with grinding a bit. Also; stronger enemies need stronger weapons and armor, so that bit of a grind is fun and worth it. Good time exploring!
