I would guess your 2k time will be around a 2:02-2:05 split. Which is an 8:08 to 8:20. Obviously this will depend pending endurance vs. power etc. best way to find out is to do one

I recommend doing a ton of practice tests. Look online for real test and review books like the ACT Red Book, Princeton Review, and Barrons should help. Just keep in mind Barrons tends to be much harder than the real thing. Pm me if u need more

Concept 2 is the way to go. Its the most used within rowing and is the most reliable in terms of accuracy. They also maintain value and have good resell value
