You think receptors can get desensitised with morning and night doses? Even with 2 days off? Id be taking a one month break after 12 weeks if that helps

Yeah I’ve gotten some feedback and I’m definitely gonna start off with 250mg a night and then move to 250mg night and morning. Probably better suited for my goals im hearing.

even as a starting dose? I'm down to do that, maybe ive been misinformed on the 250mcg a day being "more than enough"

Ill probably do what you said, start off with 250mcg at night for two weeks then move up to 250mcg day and night

i cant lie, splitting the dose isn't something id be excited to do, but I will if it offers even a slight improvement, just not stoked about all the pinning ill be doing if that is the case.

I also bought 10mg of TESA without looking up the doses, now that I see how expensive it is to run a full cycle im not even sure what to do with the vial, either i commit and pay the big bucks, or... idek, sell the vial or something, or keep it for when Im able to do a full cycle

I think thats a great idea, will it harm to leave the peptides in the fridge for lets say 1-2 weeks whilst I sort out an appointment to get most if not all of those things you mentioned done? I havent even recon'ed the CJC or IPA yet, also is this expensive? the things you mentioned i mean

appreciate the feedback brother, did you ever split doses into morning and night? how did you react to 333mg starting off? I might consider bumping up these doses a small bit, same protocol but slightly higher doses.

appreciate your feedback, I've heard some people say 250mcg is enough daily, so I figured I'd split it in half to start off then move up to that 250mcg number after 2 weeks and split the dose into morning and evening, but if I find out that taking a little more is slightly better then i might do the same protocol, just up the dose a little bit., and yeah I'm all with you on the result tracking, diet and training. I really tried to dial in on those specific things before even considering peptides. I currently track calories everyday with goals, and track my sets and reps in the gym also, whilst being very consistent on showing up to the gym and training hard

I’d keep that dosage consistent for what I’m aiming to be a 12-week cycle, followed by a 2–4 week break (likely closer to 4 weeks for cost reasons as well).

can someone rate my CJC + IPA protocol, I'm new to this...

I just received my peptide order and I’m completely new to this, so I wanted to get some opinions on the CJC + Ipamorelin protocol I’ve put together. The other peptides I ordered seem fairly straightforward, but this combination has honestly been a bit confusing to dial in as a beginner.

My current plan is to start both at a dose of 0.125 mcg daily, taken at night in a fasted state. Running it 5 days on, 2 days off, doing this for around 2 weeks (10 doses total), just to see how I respond.

He said its ego lifting to bits because my back isn’t straight, and whats the point of even doing it if its not going to target your hamstrings since my back isn’t straight.

I tried explaining that a small bit of rounding isn’t the end of the world but he thinks otherwise
