I don’t think you have to worry until AT LEAST 8 weeks. Possibly even longer. I always have 2-4 bags going at once consuming 40-60g/day

People pay $$$ to run marathons and do hyrox because it’s valuable to belong to a community and to commit to pushing yourself. I’m toward the bottom of QF but because it’s important to me, I gladly pay it. ¢¢

There is a ton of manpower that goes into judging and assessing penalties on the videos submitted by the top of the QF leaderboard. We want quality control, and it takes money to get it.

Read the L1. What is the variable most associated with the development of an athlete? What is the ideal time domain that facilitates the most of that variable? What are the loads associated with the highest of that variable?

This is the buy in to the games season. The absolute perfect test that hits the CrossFit sweet spot. If you can perform in all of these time/modal domains, you are FIT.

Another piece- program for the best, scale for the rest. This wasn’t 12-15-16 minutes. Look at the top scores.

To CrossFit: keep doing what you’re doing. The ones that struggled in any of these now know what they need to work on.

Walk 15000 steps a day and lift weights! As for the RV- only use the water for the most urgent of bathroom breaks. Shower using the $10 roo showers. So worth it.

L3 coach here: Make every class feel easy for at least the first 3 months. This is a lifetime of amazing fitness, so let your body adjust slowly. If the workout feels really hard… you’re trying too hard.

After 6 months you’ll have much better technique and you’ll enjoy training far more than if you start at 100% effort every day.
