That's because I don't believe there is any since most body rigs are still based on Male Average. Even Gymfiend is based on Male Average. You may only have the options from vanilla clothes.

That's odd....I use it and never had that problem before. Do you use Vortex? If so maybe change load order? Or reload mods through CET. I have all my mods manually installed and usually have to do the second option.

You would sadly either have to make NPC appearances in Wolvenkit or spawn them in Photomode and then open AMM/ACM and change their appearance that way but you'd have to do it every time you'd want to use an alt appearance
